XBSolar and Sungrow recently collaborated to conduct the first live test of AFCI 3.0 technology in Tay Ninh province, Vietnam. The results demonstrated that AFCI 3.0 not only quickly detected and cut off arc faults within the required 450-meter cable range, exceeding the IEC 63027 standard, but also successfully handled cable lengths up to 850 meters.
This advanced technology is now integrated into Sungrow’s SG150CX inverter, providing maximum safety for solar power systems worldwide.
